Complaints/Appeals

The Unidad de Certificación del Automóvil strives to develop its activity with the highest level of quality and professionalism. Nevertheless, the risk of not achieving this degree of quality in our service exists. For this reason, a form is available to request an appeal regarding the decisions made during the inspection or certification activities, or to send us a complaint due to dissatisfaction about the way of proceeding

The request might be sent by email to uca@ffii.es or by mail to UCA postal address. For more information about the process you can contact us by phone (+34)916842201 or send an email to the same address: uca@ffii.es. In any case, once the complaint / appeal has been received together with the necessary documentation and evidence, and after a maximum period of one month, an appeal committee will meet to make the pertinent decisions and subsequently communicate the result of the analysis to the interested party.

Information about CSC UCA certified manufacturers

The UCA allows public access to the status of a given certification, including name, scope, geographic location and related regulatory document. In order to get this information, it is necessary to send an email to uca@ffii.es providing the name of the manufacturer involved.
